I installed inoerp 0.7.1. installation went fine with no error. However when I tried to login as inoerp/ inoerp I got the following error:
Fatal error: Wrong parameters for Exception([string $exception [, long $code [, Exception $previous = NULL]]]) in C:\AppServ\www\inoERP-0.7.1\inoerp\includes\general_class\class_ino_session.inc on line 139
any help

I got the same error as you. I just find the position in class_ino_session.inc, and delete the "try...catch..." clause. Then I got the message as below:
DateTime::__construct(): It is not safe to rely on the system's timezone settings. You are *required* to use the date.timezone setting or the date_default_timezone_set() function. In case you used any of those methods and you are still getting this warning, you most likely misspelled the timezone identifier. We selected the timezone 'UTC' for now, but please set date.timezone to select your timezone.
Warning: Cannot modify header information - headers already sent by (output started at /usr/local/www/inoerp_server/includes/general_class/class_ino_session.inc:99) in /usr/local/www/inoerp_server/includes/functions/functions.inc on line 932

but I still have no idea how to solve it.
