You can create, view & update any option header level information by navigating to Setup -> Option.
To create a new account structure/or update an account structure option, enter below information as applicable for the option and then save the record.

Option Header Id:
A unique system generated number. You can’t modify this number.

Option Type:
Enter the name of the option. Use capital letters with underscore (_) to concatenate separate words.

Access Level:
Select access level of User for custom option types.
System: Sledded option type and not available for user change.
User: Non-seeded Custom option type. You can create/modify the option. You can add new option values.
Both: Seeded option type available for modification. You can modify the option. You can add new option values.

Description:
Enter any comment /remark in the description field.

Module Code:
Select a module code which primarily owns the option & its values. You can programmatically change the option & its values from a class which has the same module code.

Option Assignment:
Select chart of account.

Status:
Status field shows the current status of an option. Blank status value means active.

Sequence Number:
Sequence number is a read-only field. System auto-populates a unique sequence number for all the lines across all the tabs for easy viewing of data of a single line in different tabs.

Line Id:
Line id is a read-only field. Line id is an auto increased, primary key of the option_line table.

Segment Code:
Enter a code for the option line value. Use capital letters with underscore (_) to concatenate separate words.

Segment Value:
Enter value of the option line.

Segment Description:
Enter a description for the option value.

Value Group:
Select a value group that‘ll control the value of each account segment value.
Comment is disabled
