We're having issues where the CAD and the program won't stay aligned. I thought that perhaps I was doing my alignment/cad sync improperly and spoke with Mark about it in your phone support office. I thought we had it fixed but later that day I ran into the same problem when the machine started measuring incorrectly and upon looking at the program, the CAD surface and the measuring surface (yellow line) were offset by almost .200". The only way I've been able to fix it is to completely delete the old measurement and create a new one. Is there something I'm missing?
Also, we've had a few problems where after running awhile, the machine seems to loose it's alignment. As a specific example: we were running 10 parts and the first five ran with no issues. There is a small chamfer at the top of the part that is measured later in the program and the machine began trying to measure but would miss the part in +Z. When you would go into the program line and verify, it would run normally. I find on the Covoco
but didn't find right sollution. I will be greatful if you point me in the right direction.

Any help wll be appreciated.
Thank you
